SCIENCE APPLICATIONS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION (SAIC) appointed Robert M. Blitzer associate director of its Center for Counterterrorism Technology and Analysis (CCTA). He will lead efforts to assist federal, state, and local authorities to respond to the increased threat of domestic and international terrorism. Blitzer was previously chief of the Domestic Terrorism/Counterterrorism Planning Section of the National Security Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
