California Firefighter’s Helmet-Cam Captures Rescue of Children

Helmet-camera footage provided by the Fresno Fire Department was uploaded to YouTube by the Fresno Bee a couple of weeks ago. It showed the recent rescue of three children from an apartment fire.

As of Wednesday the video had nearly 400,000 views.

According to the Fresno Bee, the lives of three children were in danger when the fire broke out at the family’s apartment following what later appeared to be an electrical issue.

When firefighters responded to the fire they found the three children, one boy and two girls, ages 1, 3 and 4, respectively, according to the report.

The Bee reports the children were alone at the time of the fire.
