What is a Fire Fan?

Where there is smoke, there is fire; where there is fire there is a fire fan. Even in ancient Rome, while Nero fiddled, the fire fans were hard at work on the bucket brigade. Robert Greenock explains it all in “What Is a Fire Fan?” from the October 1937 Fire Engineering HERE.
