All residents of a Chelsea apartment building where a massive fire broke out just after midnight had been accounted for by Wednesday morning, fire officials confirmed, according to multiple reports.

The fire at 185 Washington Ave. sent one person to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation, according to WCVB-TV. No firefighters were injured in the response, according to 7News.

The fire was reported around 12:30 a.m., Boston 25 News reported.

A section of the roof of the 18-unit apartment building collapsed, which complicated efforts to account for everyone who may have been inside, WCVB-TV reported. The roof collapse has prevented firefighters from reaching the fourth floor, according to the station.

Roughly 45 to 50 people live inside the building, according to WCVB.
