Several Cars Burn in Wind-Driven Homeless Encampment Fire in CA

According to a report from KCRA, several cars were destroyed in a fire that began at a homeless encampment in south Sacramento Thursday afternoon.

The incident began at a homeless encampment near Power Inn Road and Cucamonga Avenue, said officials from the Sacramento Fire Department (SFD).

The SFD responded to the scene and extinguished the flames.

No injuries were reported, and no other details were released.
