Rope Climbs

In this week’s firefighter fitness bulletin, Fire Service Warrior’s Chris Brennan explains Rope Climbs, a gym class favorite (or, depending on your point of view, a nuisance) which is a great pulling exercise for the upper back, helps train grip strength, and gets us comfortable with being uncomfortable.
