Mercedes Textiles Ltd. has added Megaflo*, a double-jacket polyurethane-lined supply hose available in fourand five-inch sizes, to its line of products. The hoses’ manufacturing process fuses the lining material directly to the jacket without the use of adhesives. Kussmaul Electronics Company, Inc.’s 09163-UV under voltage detector relay monitors DC voltage and operates a relay when the voltage drops below its set point. LED indicators are provided adjacent to the terminal strip to indicate normal or low voltage. When voltage rises, the detector resets automatically.

ALTERNATOR FOR AMBULANCE USE
MPI now offers the VITAL EMS 270, a highoutput, fast-recovery ambulance alternator that is the same size as a standard alternator but has a maximum output of 270 amps, exceeding the normal 165-amp output. The VITAL EMS 270 uses 24 diodes, is externally regulated, and exceeds the federal KKK-A1822C alternator output specifications for ambulances.
