NC Fire Department Conducts High-Angle Rescue After Bridge Crash



According to a report from FOX8, the Winston-Salem (NC) Fire Department shared videos of a dramatic high-angle bridge rescue early Tuesday morning after an overnight motor vehicle accident on a Forsyth County bridge.



The victim suffered serious injuries and needed transport to a local hospital. There’s no indication of how the victim went over the bridge. However, the car involved in the crash did not go over the bridge.

The sheriff’s office is investigating the crash. Westbound I-40 has been reopened after the scene was cleared.
