Molly: Saving Lives!

Hi, boys and girls!

Welcome to Molly’s Kids Zone on Firelife.com!

My name is Molly, and I am a real fire dog. I love teaching fire safety to children.

One of the things I like about being a fire dog and mascot is being able to travel the United States sharing fire safety with boys and girls just like you!

SAVING LIVES!

I’ve had a great time on my Molly’s Superpower Dogs tour!

Since March 2nd of this year, I have traveled almost 10,000 miles through 22 states and 2 countries.

I have shared my fire safety program at the Henry Ford in Dearborn, Michigan; the Challenger Learning Center in Tallahassee, Florida; the Hastings Museum in Hastings, Nebraska; the IMAX at Indiana State University; the Ontario Science Centre in Ontario, Canada; and the Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, North Carolina.

What an adventure it has been!

I have met a lot of really nice people along the way and have seen some amazing things!

However, it’s not all work and no play! I love to have fun on my big trips!

Hanging out by the ocean in St. Augustine, Florida.

Taking a boat tour in Charleston, South Carolina.

Visiting the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina.

Visiting the Elvis Presley’s birthplace, Tupelo, Mississippi.

FREEDOM CROSSING ACADEMY—ST. JOHN’S, FLORIDA

I had a great time visiting Ms. Haden and her first-grade classes at Freedom Crossing Academy in St. John’s, Florida.

I had the best time EVER sharing fire safety with the boys and girls!

Firefighter Dayna and I have Skyped with Ms. Haden and her first-grade classes the past five years, thanks to our corporate partner, State Farm.

It was so much fun getting to meet Ms. Haden in person!

I also got to meet my good friend, Mackenzie, for the first time. She even helped out during my fire safety presentation!

After the program, I got to visit Ms. Haden’s class and spend some special time with them. It was big fun!
