Fire photographer Glenn Duda shared some images of companies operating at a recent two-alarm dwelling fire in Meriden, Connecticut.

Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire venting from the first floor of this large, two-and-a-half story wood frame structure. The fire quickly traveled throughout the home because of high winds, prompting the removal of firefighters from the dwelling. The fire took control of the attic area and burnt through the roof.

Multiple handlines were stretched and one ladder pipe was put into operation. The fire took about an hour and a half to bring under control.
