Meditate with Mantra…The Yoga Way!

By Claire Diab and Dennis Boyle

Meditation has changed my life in the way I look, feel, and live. When I started meditating 24 years ago, it was not so popular. Now, meditation is becoming more and more accepted, not only throughout the United States but now the entire world.

Corporations, schools, small businesses, vacation resorts, and retreats are incorporating this beautiful ancient technique as a part of their programs.

Our physical health is vitally important. Just how our physical health is so important, our mental health—which is so often overlooked—is arguably even more important.

Your job not only demands physical strength and training, but it requires mental clarity, concentration, and a calmness of mind to make quick decisions during chaos. Meditation gives us all of these benefits and so much more.

There are hundreds of ways to meditate, but mantra meditation is my favorite. Mantra is a word from the ancient language of Sanskrit. “Man” means “mind,” while “tra” means “instrument” or “tool.” Mantra is a repeated word or words that help calm and quiet the mind.

With this video, you can meditate with me every morning as I guide you through breathing techniques and mantra meditation.

Enjoy!
