Four people including a firefighter were in critical condition after a basement fire in Chicago, according to reports.

According to CBS Chicago, the fire occurred in the basement of at apartment building located at 3138 N. Marmora Ave. in the Belmont Central section.

EMSP1, Still & Box, & Mayday @ 3138 N. Marmora have been secured and struck out. Four adult red transports total (this includes 1 Firefighter). Fire is under investigation. NO FURTHER INFO AT THIS TIME (Merritt).
