Maxim Resumes Operations

Maxim Motor Co., Inc., resumed operations in October. The company is now producing pumpers and aerial ladder trucks. A group headed by David G. Deane, Joseph J. Castanino and Gary P. Castanino purchased Maxim, and are president, vice president and treasurer, respectively. Dale Lawrence, a long-time Maxim employee, is corporate clerk. The company has been in business for 93 years.

Dean has been a Maxim dealer for many years, Joseph Castanino is a manufacturing engineer and Gary Castanino is a real estate man and a former business administration professor.
