International Buffs Elect
Robert K. Tyler of San Diego has been elected president of the International Fire Buff Associates at its 27th annual convention in New Orleans. The group is composed of 70 local buff organizations in the United States and Canada. The 1980 convention will be held July 23 to 26 in San Francisco.
