Fort Worth (TX) Fire Captain Dies from COVID-19

Firefighter fatality

A veteran firefighter with the Fort Worth (TX) Fire Department passed away last week after contracting the coronavirus while on the job.

The U.S. Fire Administration reported that while on duty in November, Captain Randy Robinson contracted COVID-19 at the fire station. He passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020, from the virus.

Captain Robinson had 39 years of service.
