FL Firefighter Commits Suicide at Fire Station

The U.S. Fire Administration issued a notice about the tragic death of a Palm Beach County (FL) Fire Rescue firefighter, who committed suicide while at a firehouse.

On Monday, July 12, 2021, Firefighter Joseph Deltergo took his own life while on-duty at the fire station. Firefighter Deltergo was 45 years old.

According to a report from WPTV, law enforcement responded Monday to a shooting at Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Station No. 26, in the Loxahatchee Acreage community. No other details were available.
