Firefighters Respond to Tinton Falls (NJ) House Fire

Ryan Mack of Jersey Shore Fire Response shared some video of firefighters responding to a fire at a home in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Around 4:11 p.m. on March 21, 2023, Monmouth County got a call for a reported house fire at 92 Periwinkle Court. The caller stated that her house was on fire. When police arrived, they confirmed a working fire and said it was “fully involved.” The box was then struck. First-due engine 36-2-74 streched three handlines, two interior and one exterior, in the back where the C side was on fire.

Wannamassa 37-2-90 was set up with its bucket infront of the strucuture, while Asbury Park 83-1-89 beached the ladder next door and put the bucket up. Neptune 34 was standing by as RIT. Oakhurst 37-1 was also on scene operating. Due to the second story being compermised, firefighters were pulled out and a master stream was put in service. There were two victims that were reported to have smoke inhalation, but no other injuries. The cause of the fire is under investgation by the Monmouth County Fire Marshals. Companies operated for around 2 hours before clearing up.
