Dozens Displaced After Overnight Condo Fire in MA

According to a report from WCVB, a fire that erupted inside a condominium just before midnight in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts, displaced dozens of residents Wednesday. No injuries were reported.

Flames were seen shooting from the roof of the five-story residential building, with Boston Fire Department (BFD) crews eventually stopping the fire from spreading to the lower floors.

BFD Deputy Chief Michael Hocking said the department ran hoselines up over their aerial ladders and onto the roof, and conducted a good aggressive attack.

BFD crews said units inside the building sustained water damage.
