Chief JACQUES DENAULT of the Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada Fire Department, died November 15, 1998. He was elected president of the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs on September 30. Denault joined the fire service in 1967 and became chief of the Sherbrooke Fire Department in 1985. Additionally, he was director of fire services for the cities of Ascot, Fleurimont, Rock Forest, and St.-Elie.
