A Strong, Healthy Spine…The Yoga Way!

By Claire Diab and Dennis Boyle

The keys to health and longevity are through healthy spine and peace of mind. When your spine is strong, healthy, and flexible, your mind is calmer and relaxed creating a piece of mind. Come join me in this one-minute video as we move our spine in the six directions:

  1. Forward bend.
  2. Back bend.
  3. Side bend, right.
  4. Side bend, left.
  5. Turning right.
  6. Turning left.

All it takes is two minutes a day! Please practice in the morning before eating breakfast. By doing so, you will energize and awaken your central nervous system, preparing you for the day ahead.

By performing this right before bed, you will sleep better and you will feel better when you wake up. Enjoy!
