Authorities in Pueblo are investigating a suspected case of arson after thousands of railroad ties were set on fire, reports CNN.
The fires reportedly occurred late Saturday night at two separate locations, the Denver Post reported.
Train traffic in the area was halted while firefighters extinguished the flames, according to KKTV.
BNSF Railway is now in charge of the investigation.
