Travel Channel to Film Episode at E-ONE

Ocala, FL – The Travel Channel will visit fire apparatus manufacturer E-ONE, on October 12th to film an episode of the series “Made in America” starring John Ratzenberger.

Representatives for the Travel Channel began to conduct their due diligence to determine if E-ONE was a suitable location this past April. Last week, E-ONE received final confirmation that the company had been selected to film an episode that will air during the 2006 season.

E-ONE President Marc Gustafson notes, “Our employees are very excited about the opportunity to show off their talents building fire trucks.”

Ratzenberger might be best remembered from his role as “Cliff Clavin Jr.” from the hit-series Cheers, or from movies such as Toy Story (Hamm the Piggy Bank), or Monster’s Inc. (Yeti).

“Whether welding, painting or flowing water on one of our aerials, Mr. Ratzenberger will surely want to roll up his sleeves to see how we build fire trucks,” Gustafson concludes.

E-ONE engineers and builds a complete line of fire rescue vehicles, haz-mat units, explosive ordinance trucks, command centers, and aircraft rescue vehicles. E-ONE is an ISO 9001 registered manufacturer and is traded under Federal Signal Corporation, listed on the New York Stock Exchange as (NYSE: FSS).
