New salvage drum labels

To meet the need of customers in Spanishspeaking nations, all 85-gallon salvage overpack steel drums manufactured by Skolnik Industries Inc. will now contain the line “Barril de Salvamento” directly under the words “Salvage Drums.” This will help identify the purpose of the drums and add efficiency to their usage around the world.

The 85-gallon, heavy-duty “Big Mouth” Salvage Drum is made of 16-gauge steel with a 12-gauge bolted ring, and has a tare weight of 78 pounds. It can be used as an overpack shipping container for damaged or leaking drums.
