IFSAC seeks comments on accreditation standards

The International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) is developing accreditation standards for post-secondary degree programs relating to fire protection and would like organizations that issue fire training certificates and any interested individuals to participate in the process by submitting comments with regard to the procedures. A copy of the proposed procedures for accreditation is available on the Internet and in hard copy. A copy may be obtained by checking the IFSAC home page, http://www.fireprograms.okstate.edu/firepgm/IFSAC/index.htm, or by contacting Bill Westhoff (bwesthof@ifstafpp.okstate.edu) at IFSAC Administration, (405) 744-8303.
