September 9-11—The National Association of Fire Investigators will sponsor the 25th ANNUAL TRAINING SEMINAR ON DETERMINING THE CAUSE AND ORIGIN OF FIRES, ARSON, AND EXPLOSIONS. September 14-17—The apparatus and equipment division of the Washington State Association of Fire Chiefs will hold its annual WORKSHOP at the Conference Center of Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Wash. September 19-20—The Meadowood County Area Fire Department in Fitzwilliam, N.H., will hold its semiannual FIRE SCHOOL. Fifteen one-day and 10 two-dav fire and rescue courses will be offered. September 21-25—The Federation of British Fire Organizations will hold the EIRE ’87 EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE in the Bnstol Exhibition Centre in the United Kingdom. The exhibition will include displays of alarm systems, extinguishers, ventilation systems, and other firefighting equipment. The conference will include discussions and workshops. September 26—The Suffolk County Chiefs Council will hold its fifth annual CHIEFS CONVENTION AND FIRE MANUFACTURERS EXPOSITION at the Fire Training Center in Yaphank, N.Y. Chiefs and commissioners will be able to view fire equipment in a business-type atmosphere. The entire field facilities at the fire academy will be available if you wish to demonstrate your products.
