Hundreds of Students Flee OR University Dorm Fire

A early-morning fire forced hundreds of college kids out of there beds this morning on the Portland State University campus. The fire broke out just after 2 a.m. at the Broadway housing building on southwest Jackson in downtown Portland, Oregon.

This fire is the latest in a series of several major campus fires in the United States thus far in 2012, including a fire that displaced more than 250 students early Sunday at a University of Wisconsin La Crosse dormitory.
