McCutchanville (IN) Fire Department Firefighter Jeremy Tighe died when a fire apparatus overturned Wednesday night. He was 18.
The apparatus apparently overturned when it left the road and went onto the shoulder for unknown reason, according to a preliminary investigation cited in a WFIE report (http://bit.ly/xFE4eY). The accident reportedly occurred during driving training.
The apparatus driver, Brandon Cason of Evansville, 24, was taken to a nearby hospital with nonlife threatening injuries.
