Ladder Towers Inc. (LTI), an aerial fire apparatus manufacturer, has begun production of a full line of fire apparatus using its newly developed Olympian chassis for pumpers, tankers, aerial ladder trucks, and platform tower apparatus.

“Recent developments in the fire apparatus industry, including increased demand for us to build our own pumpers to supplement our aerial truck line, led us to the decision to market a full line of equipment,” Vice-President for LTI Marketing Boyd Cole said.

Company President Mahlon Zimmerman said that LTI developed the Olympian chassis after several years of researching the special needs of the fire service. As a result of this study, the chassis was designed to be used with a wide variety of body styles to fulfill the needs of different fire departments.
