  • WATEROUS CS single-stage, 1,250-gpm pump with four-inch front intake, 2½-inch front bumper discharge reduced for a 1¾-inch line, two 1¾-inch crosslays, one 2½-inch rear discharge, and an AKRON Apollo deck gun;
  • UPF 750-gallon water tank;
  • GORTITE roll-up compartment doors and three wheel well sleeves for spare SCBA cylinders; and
  • six WHELEN scene lights on cab and body.

The West Polk County Fire & Rescue, Benton, Tennessee, specified this E-ONE WATERMASTER because one operator can quickly fill and empty it, explains Chief Stephen Lofty. There are no hydrants but many surface water draft points in the department’s area, which is a series of mountainous roadways.

The York Township (PA) Fire Department has in service at Station 19 this KME rescue truck, which replaces a rescue engine that no longer meets their functional needs, says Chief Brian Bastinelli. The new vehicle expands rescue and fireground support capabilities and has more storage capacity for technical rescue inventory (water, rope, and confined space).

  • Top rollover protection system;

  • AMKUS tool hydraulic rescue system with four reels;
  • three HANNAY reels (two electric cord and one low pressure air);
