Rob Van Bibber

Rob is a graduate of Kansas State University and has 20 years of commercial construction estimating experience as well as 15 years of firefighting. As a retired full-time fire captain, he understands the challenges of planning, budgeting and bringing to fruition departmental training advancements. Combining his two career paths allows for excellent communication with governmental and fire service leaders in assisting in the designing and customization of new WHP training simulators as well as re-designing current facilities.

With nearly 20 years of experience in business and construction management, Maggie oversees financial operations and business development at WHP Trainingtowers™. Holding degrees in management, business administration, and finance, she collaborates nationally with fire service organizations and renowned leaders to deliver top-quality training towers. Maggie ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and with superior quality, leveraging WHP's construction expertise and input from fire service professionals.
Bobby Cooper

Bobby Cooper

Bobby Cooper is a Lieutenant Colonel / Assistant Chief for the Louisville Fire Department. His responsibilities include developing the budget, managing the department’s procurement, and purchasing process, and prioritizing spending. He analyzes data, mapping, and response schemes to improve emergency response. Additionally, Cooper manages and supervises the daily activities of the department’s administrative support services, which includes information analysis, project management, the public information office, and facilities maintenance. Throughout his nearly 20 years with the LFD, Cooper has been a member of the Louisville Metro Urban Search and Rescue Team. He is a Fire Instructor with the Kentucky State Fire Commission, with Technician Level Training in Confined Space Rescue, Trench Rescue, Structural Collapse Rescue, Technical Rope Rescue and Hazardous Materials. Cooper earned his Master of Arts in Communication from Bellarmine University in May 2018. In January 2020 Cooper completed the NFA / USFA Type 3 Incident Management Team Training. He has since completed NIMS ICS All-Hazards Operations Section Chief, Planning Section Chief, and Public Information Officer training and certification. Cooper has been awarded the Louisville Division of Fire’s Medal of Valor, a Unit Citation, and the Blue Coat of Louisville Inc., Firefighter of the Year Award.
