Stephen Shaw is a 29-year veteran of the fire service and is the deputy fire chief for the Town of Jupiter (FL) Fire Rescue Department. He is a IAFC Hazmat Committee member and a hazmat specialist for USAR Task Force 2. He is a Fire Engineering author and host of the “Perspectives on Leadership” podcast.
