FirstOnScenePhotos shared some images from the fireground at a recent fire in Williston Park, New York, on Long Island.

A raging fire destroyed two businesses early Sunday morning, December 8. Initial reports came in around 6:15 a.m. for a vehicle fire behind Bagel Express at 61 Hillside avenue near Nassau Boulevard.

The flames are believed to have quickly spread to the adjacent building, setting off a major fire department response. Nearby neighbors hurried to notify residents of adjoining apartments to flee the fire.

Flames and heavy black smoke could be seen for miles as firefighters battled to bring the blaze under control.

Nassau County Fire Marshals were on the scene to investigate.
