Pipeline Committee
A hazardous pipeline safety technical standards committee has been formed in California, State Fire Marshal Phil Favro has announced. The seven member committee will advise Favro on pipeline issues, and assist in information exchange and liason among pipeline operators, local agencies and the fire marshal’s office.
