Thomas L. Hamilton was named manager, district sales for North Jersey for RCA Mobile Communications Systems. With offices in East Orange, N. J., Hamilton will be responsible for the sale of two-way radio communications equipment to government and commercial customers in northern New Jersey. In another move, R. C. Swain was appointed an RCA mobile communications systems manager of special representatives for the State of Texas. Swain, who has offices in Dallas, is responsible for coordinating sales activities of RCA manufacturer’s representatives in north and southwest Texas and in the Texas panhandle.

John J. Duggan, Jr., has been named director for marketing for the Dana Corporation. He will be responsible for coordinating marketing programs and marketing services among Dana’s vehicular, industrial and service groups.

Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation has appointed three sales representatives: Joe Dillon, Southern California representative, will assume a new territory being created in the Anaheim District. The new Wichita area representative is Charles Cummins who works from the Kansas City branch. Dennis Zerbel is the Flint-Saginaw, Mich., area representative. He will work out of the Detroit office.

Fike Metal Products Corporation, Blue Springs, Mo., has named Bill Eckholm as the sales and marketing manager of its Fiquench Automatic Fire Detection and Halon 1301 Fire Suppression Systems Division. Dan Guaricci will replace him as the regional sales manager for the northeastern states.

A. K. Waugaman and J. C. Sheehan have been elected vice presidents of Mine Safety Appliances Company. Waugaman is responsible for safety products planning, marketing support activities and filter production. Sheenan is responsible for safety product sales and distribution.

Prestige Vehicles, Inc. of Arlington, Tex., has become a subsidiary of Excepticon, Inc., of Lexington, Ky. All management, sales and operating personnel of Prestive Vehicles will continue under the direction of Lester A. Prothe, president, and a senior vice president of Excepticon. Carl Becker will continue as national sales manager and Ted Luckenbill as general manager.

The Antenna Specialists Co. has announced two changes in its Professional Products Division sales staff. Promoted to the position of product marketing manager is Al Dolgosh, replacing William R. Randall who retired July 1st. Mike Sciulli, previously responsible for sales of communications antennas to the vehicle manufacturing industry, assumes the position of OEM sales manager for professional products.

Rudolph Grua has been appointed president of the Dictaphone Products and Systems Group of Dictaphone Corporation. Grua, who was formerly DPS vice president, marketing, succeeds Edwin F. Carlson, who is leaving the company.
