83 Fire Prevention Aid—K.F. Byrnes Enterprises has published a two-fold, pocket-size brochure describing its second annual series of Firefighter Picture Cards. The cards are similar in format to the familiar baseball cards but without gum. There are 22 cards in the series, each with an action color photo on the front and a relevant fire prevention message on the back. They can be an effective and inexpensive aid for teaching fire prevention to elementary school children.

85 Breathing Air Systems—Haskel Incorporated has issued a six-page catalog M-39C, describing its SafetyAmp series of breathing air and oxygen boosters for support of fire and safety equipment. Model 51632 is for municipal fire departments who operate a multistage mechanical compressor with purification and storage cylinders. Model 29653 is for industrial fire departments who purchase breathing air in cylinders. Model 51563 is for departments with four-hour SCBA apparatus or emergency medical units who purchase pure oxygen in cylinders. Schematic drawings accompany descriptions of these units and there is a cutaway illustration of the heart of the system -the oilfree, air-driven gas booster.
