Stark, a senior certified grant consultant has assisted more than 12,500 law enforcement and public safety agencies in securing more than $250 million in funding. Avon Protection will offer grant assistance as an additional service to law enforcement agencies, helping them secure funding for much-need personal protection equipment. Stark will act as a counselor for contacts who have completed Avon Protection’s existing Testing & Evaluation program, where agencies are able to test products prior to purchasing.
