David Rhodes returns with another technical rescue Training Minutes video from the the Guardian Centers in Georgia.
In this installment, Rhodes and company demonstrate finding and making contact with a patient trapped underneath a concrete collapse. They use a core drill to create a hole in the collapsed concrete and use a telescoping camera to get a visual of the victim and provide ressurance.
