5400 SERIES BREATHING AIR TRAILER
CompAir Mako: Continuous-duty trailers equipped with air compressor, gasoline or diesel engine, air-purification system, two-position SCBA/SCUBA fill station, two ASME-rated storage cylinders, controls, and interconnecting piping and wiring. Capable of supplying CGA Grade “E” breathing air on-site. Seven 5,000- and 6,000-psig models of mounted breathing air systems available; charging rates range from 13.1 to more than 33.2 cfm of air. Dual-drive (diesel engine/electric motor) configuration, available as an option, provides breathing air in locations without power available. Trailers designed for highway speeds. Have required DOT lighting, heavy-duty dual axles, surge brakes, spare tire with rim, and a 2516-inch ball hitch. Rugged steel enclosure for integral trailer components. Two large louvered side-access panels allow compressor fan to draw cooling air. Lockable utility box and SCBA/SCUBA storage cabinet for storing up to six cylinders in individual protective sleeves.
