>> The NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (NFPA) Board of Directors named Jim Pauley as its next president. Pauley is currently senior vice president of External Affairs and Government Relations for Schneider Electric. He will assume his new role with NFPA in July. Pauley has served in a number of codes and standards-related activities including chairman of the board for the American National Standards Institute, chairman of NFPA’s Standards Council, and chair of the High Performance Building Council for the National Electrical Manufacturers Association.
