HI-SHEAR TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION of Torrance, California, and the HALE PRODUCTS subsidiary of IDEX Corporation of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, have entered a distribution agreement under which Hale will market exclusively Hi-Shear`s LifeShear Rescue Tool to public safety markets in North America and Japan.
