The corporate development project undertaken by WAJAX LIMITED, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, involves moving its subsidiary Niedner Ltd. to new and expanded facilities in Coatlcook, Quebec. The new Niedner plant is expected to open in early 1993The project’s cost is estimated to be around $3 million.

DATCON INSTRUMENT COMPANY has replaced tlte trichlorofluoromethanc (FREONII® in its line of mechanical temperature instruments with a newly formulated, environmentally acceptable proprietary fluid. The fluid is said to have vapor pressure-vs.-temperature characteristics similar to FREON-II and to be nonflammable and low in toxicity.
