It is with their dedication to service excellence that Paul Conway announces that Sales Representative Eric Hiatt will support the states of Indiana and Michigan, providing top-level customer service and education on fire safety equipment and gear.
Eric is a United States Marine Corps veteran. He is currently a driver assigned to Engine 1 with the Mishawaka Fire Department, serving with them for 14 years, and is from Mishawaka, Indiana. Eric has also served on the IAFF Local 360 Executive Board for four years as Treasurer and President. Additionally, he has 11 years of experience in on-site CPR Training. A family man, Eric is happily married and a proud father of three.
