This series of scenario-based training discussions require each member of the crew to describe what their individual and crew actions are when faced with a fireground safety hazard or fireground emergency. Each member of your department who responds to a fire scene should have a “safety pre-plan” to deal with hazardous situations that occur during fire scene operations.
A Personnel Accountability Report (PAR) has been called for by the ISO and a company of firefighters (three members) are not reporting PAR. They had reported on-scene and were operating inside the structure. This is an on-going offensive fire operation and no other information about the missing crew is available. Describe your actions according to the job positions listed below to ensure that all members are safe until the hazard has been mitigated.
