Cave-in Disaster Response Program
The Fairfax County, VA, Fire and Rescue Department is developing a Cave-in Disaster Response Program to improve the department’s capability to handle below ground entrapment incidents such as trench cave-ins, subgrade structural collapses, and foundation construction accidents.
