FLAME-SIM launches new Web site

The new FLAME-SIM Web site has been given a fresh coat of fire retardant paint. The site has gone live and is ready to guide you through the latest innovation in fire service training. The Web site features FLAME-SIM video tutorials, knowledge base, up-to-the-minute support, news, and event calendars.

FLAME-SIM is the next generation of PC-based, standard operational procedure reinforcement training for first-in fire companies. This state-of-the-art training system enhances live training events prior to even taking to the fireground, allowing training officers to customize the scenario, apparatus, roll up, and even the firefighter. The Scenario Editor tool lets training officers customize aspects of the scenarios like residence type, water supply/source, even victim placement and status, along with many others features. The scalable platform allows training officers to set up scenarios quickly and allows them to make each scenario unique and meaningful every time.

Beta versions of FLAME-SIM will be shipping out the week of June 23, 2008 as part of the FLAME-SIM Training first adopters program. Although the majority of these early adopter openings filled up immediately, there are still an incredibly limited number of slots for this exclusive early adopter opportunity.
