Fire and Rescue Department has named RONALD L. MASTIN deputy fire chief. As a shift deputy chief, he will supervise the department`s 34 stations with two other operations deputies. Mastin joined the department in 1973 and most recently served as battalion chief of the human resources division, re-sponsible for payroll, personnel, and retirement.
