Winds Spread Westland (MI) Apartment Fire

Firefighters from the Wayne-Westland (MI) Fire Department battled a fire in a two-story multi-unit apartment complex unit.

The fire was called in shortly after 4 p.m. on November 24, 2014. Operations went well into night as severe winds drove and spread the fire.

Other fire departments called in were Garden City, Canton, Inkster, Livonia, and Wayne County Airport Fire. No injuries were reported at this time.
