Chief CHARLIE DICKINSON
of the Pittsburgh (PA) Bureau of Fire has re-signed. He served 13 years with the department (10 as chief) and 24 years with the Hayward (CA) Fire Department. He plans to do some part-time instruction at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and consulting work before full retirement.
