Charlotte – Bus driver Lindora Richardson was driving her normal after-school route in Charlotte Wednesday when she smelled something burning.
Smoke then began to pour out from the steering wheel column bus. That’s when Richardson leapt into action.
Richardson led the six kids out of the back of the bus before it burst into flames less than five minutes later.
