Buffalo (NY) firefighters of the 6th Battalion, 2nd Platoon battled this recent structure fire on Seneca St. on the city’s south side.

Firefighters faced heavy smoke conditions at the fire. Firefighter Kevin Churley of Rescue 1 removed a victim, who later passed away at the hospital. One firefighter was treated for smoke inhalation.
